This notice covers glowup.bbdataservices.com, the Glow Up page on bbdataservices.com, the demo application form and the demo call.

Who we are

Glow Up is a service of BB Data Services Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16567785. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: brian@bbdataservices.com.

What we collect

When you apply for a demo: your name, work email, company and role, and your answers to the six questions (your Qlik platform, number of apps, what prompted you, the app you would start with, timing and budget). When you book a call, TidyCal collects your name, email and booking details. If you email us, we keep the email.

Why we use it

To prepare and run your demo, to follow up about Glow Up afterwards, and to answer your questions. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: replying to a business enquiry you started. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it is kept

Applications are saved in a private file on our web hosting (Namecheap) and emailed to us through Microsoft 365. Bookings are handled by TidyCal under its own privacy policy. All of these may process data outside the UK under their standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are talking about Glow Up, then for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and tracking

These pages set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it sends them. The films are hosted on our own site.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email brian@bbdataservices.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
